30 Days Warranty

All the Jewellery ordered via on our website asbridals.com has 30 days of warranty.  Our Quality check teams make sure that all of our products have the same level of quality standards available at our store  from manufacturing level to packaging and shipping.

We are known for providing best Quality to our Retail as well as Wholesale customers at lowest price in the market which has been possible by our thorough quality checks. However, in a rare case if any customer face any issue we’ve 30 days of Warranty for all of our products ordered on our website starting from the date of purchase.

Under this Warranty, if any issue is found in the product we’ll:

  1. Get it repaired if it’s a minor issue
  2. If the product can’t be repaired, we’ll provide the replacement for that product
  3. In case the product can’t be replaced for being out of stock, we’ll provide the store voucher/coupon with same amount paid for the product.

Our Warranty covers:

  1. Loss of the product’s color or polish
  2. Any manufacturing defect in the product

At asbridals, our first priority is our customers and we make sure to provide the best shopping experience from our store. However, we’ve come across some customers trying to misuse our policy by returning products after use. So, to prevent that this policy is not a money back policy.

The following products will not be eligible for our 30 days Warranty policy:

  • Any Jewellery product that has been washed
  • Any Jewellery that is not in its original condition
  • Any Jewellery in which a physical damage is found in the product or the box
  • Any Jewellery which is returned without the original packaging it was sent in
  • Any Jewellery which is not maintained as per our “Jewellery care” instructions

Terms and Conditions for the Validity of Warranty

  • The Jewellery was maintained as per our “Jewellery care” instructions.
  • There was no intentional or unintentional mishandling of the product.
  • Before the claim is processed, our quality team will inspect the product and if there’s any mishandling of product found, the claim won’t be processed. The Warranty claim can be claimed once only.
  • If the item received is damaged, the customer need to click a photo of the item and send it to us at support@asbridals.com or arorabridals@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to be eigible for repair/replacement
  • The 30 days Warranty  offer is applicabe on Retail orders only and not on Wholesale orders
**All Jewellery items sold on our website except Rakhis, Flower Sets & Micro Gold Plated items are covered in our 30 days Warranty

Discount Coupons

  • Coupons can be used before the expiry date only
  • It can’t be combined with any other discount coupon, on adding a new coupon the previous one will be removed automatically by system
  • Coupon is valid for Retail orders only and not for Wholesale Orders
  • The discount coupon offers have limited validity & can be discontinued anytime without any prior notice
  • Discount coupons are valid on all  Jewellery items except Rakhis that we sell on festive season

International Shipping

  • A standard delivery charge of $27.99 is applied during checkout on orders below $150. The delivery is free on orders above $150
  • If the item ordered is unable to be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete address, customer not available etc. then the standard delivery charge of forward and return shipment with other applicable charges in currency conversion, third party payment receiving charges etc. are deducted from the order shipment
  • The 30 days Warranty and order return facility is applicable on orders with Indian delivery address only and not for International orders 
  • The custom duty/any extra charges applied by government of any country for International shipments are paid by customers at time of receiving the shipment
  • The extra charges applied for currency conversions and other expenses are taken into account while deciding the prices of an item

Easy Exhange & Returns

After receiving the product, if customer finds any issue with the product size, design, color etc. then customer can get the product returned, replaced(if in stock) or exchanged by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.

In case the item received is damaged, the customer needs to click a photo of the item and send it at our email support@asbridals.com/arorabridal@gmail.com or whatsapp us from the option at our website within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for return/replacement.

Important Notes:

  • The product needs to be returned in the same box it was delivered for refund/replacement to be processed.
  • The product should not be used/damaged.
  • In case of return, the Shopping voucher of the Order Value is sent within 24 hours after we receive the product in proper condition which can be used to purchase a new product. 
  • The request for return/replacement/exchange when a non damaged item is delivered is accepted within 48 hours of delivery only.
  • In case the item is returned due to any mistake made from customer’s end in ordering the item without reading the product’s description or without a suitable cause then standard market charges of Sent & Returned shipment is charged on return
  • When any item purchased with a Shopping Voucher/Coupon, the standard shipping charges of sending and returning the item is charged on making a return

Wholesale Orders

  • For placing Wholesale orders, we’ve a dedicated support team that needs to contacted so we can help you with our wholesale prices & placing the order from our website
  • The customer can contact us for Wholesale orders by sending an email on support@asbridals.com or can write us directly by clicking here
  • Shipping Charges for Wholesale Orders are paid by the customers. Customer can also visit at our store in Delhi to pick the order by himself
  • Any Discount Coupon or offers rolled out are applicable on Retail orders only and not on Wholesale orders
  • COD is not applicable on Wholesale orders
